The Styling Practice
Style is one of the clearest ways we express who we are, who we want to be, how we want to feel, how we want to be perceived. It’s a living language of identity, it’s a collection of taste and references from your past. It’s practically shaped by our context, emotions and bodies. But style can disobey you, especially when the complexity of life takes precedence.
I work with modern, complex people: multi-dimensional, discerning, layered in exactly the way life actually is. My role is to help you uncover your taste, your individuality, your identity through your style and to build the system that expresses it: a clear vision, formulas and your style signifiers that make it repeatable, a considered curation of what you already have, and an intentional path to close any gaps between where you are and where you envision yourself being.
The wardrobe is simply where that identity becomes visible, a lens through which you project yourself. The real work is everything underneath it: taste, vision, curation, a considered system built specifically around you.
Getting dressed each day should be an act of joy, self-expression, emboldening and arming you for the day ahead. You should feel confident, comfortable, the truest version of yourself, almost forgetting what you’re wearing. You will shop with intention rather than accumulation, unburdening yourself from the volume and low pieces you once thought you needed. You will be heard and you will be seen.
THE CHALLENGES YOU FACE
A gap between how you feel and how you present.
The internal sense of self is clear. The external expression of it isn't. The conviction to close that gap is already there but what's needed is the outside eye to help you build a vision and a system to do it.
Life has changed. The wardrobe hasn't caught up.
A career shift, a new chapter, a body that has changed, all of life’s inflection points where your wardrobe no longer reflects who you are now. Each day getting dressed is a chore, nothing quite works or feels authentically you.
A closet full of clothes but nothing to wear. Beautiful pieces that don't connect. Purchases that recreate the same problem. You have a developed point of view with no clear expression. The issue is not taste, it’s translation.
The taste is there. The system isn't.
Getting dressed has become mechanical — one less decision in an already demanding day. The care and intention that used to go into it has quietly given way to something that functions. That is not the same as something that reflects who you are and the joy of style.
A full life leaves little room for yourself.
Shopping to fill a gap you haven't named yet.
Overconsumption as a mode to overcompensate. When you’re unsure about your vision and style, you can buy arbitrary pieces which you add to a wardrobe which already overwhelms you each morning instead of eliciting joy.
The Considered Method is how we’ll work together: one part a tasteful eye developed over lifelong curiosity with style, one part strategic rigour from 17yrs working in healthcare transformation. This isn’t just a method for curating a wardrobe, it’s how we deepen your identity, translate your style into a system, and transform how you choose to be seen. With The Considered Method, you’ll receive the following services with additional elements available.
The Considered Method
A 90-minute deep-dive into identity, context and values: the life you are living, the vision you have for yourself, and the aesthetic language that belongs specifically to you. The output is a written portrait: your goals, your vision, your aesthetic DNA, your style references, your style principles and values and your style signifiers and formulas.
The Considered Method Styling Service
The Identity Portrait
Your existing wardrobe reviewed and curated: what it says and what it has been trying to do. We review the pieces you love, loathe, define your vision and reimagine your wardrobe as a system. We edit out what no longer works and reorganise to bring back the joy of getting dressed each day. Conducted in person, unhurried. A virtual option is available if you are remote or time-poor.
The Wardrobe Edit
Built from the Identity Portrait and the Wardrobe Edit: It’s a curated, prioritised view of what to shop for intentionally and how it works in your new wardrobe aligned to your vision. This includes your shopping goals, brand and retailer recommendations, formulas that work for your context, emotion and body. It’s a considered investment logic. A strategy, not a list.
The Shopping Strategy
After 2 months, we’ll arrange a follow-up discussion to test how you’re finding your new wardrobe, your deepened style and identity, and any new insights which should be considered. I can help you unlock any tweaks or adjustments needed and reinforce the work you have put in each day to be your most confident, stylish and discerning self.

A curated edit for a specific moment: a new role, a significant event, a vacation. Fast, precise, and built around one outcome. You tell me your vision, I’ll curate an edit with up to 10 outfit formulas and shoppable links. A natural starting point if you’re not yet ready for The Considered Method.
The Occasion Edit
A focused 60-minute session at the turn of each season, reviewing your wardrobe against where you are now. What has changed, what is approaching, what needs to shift. Life-led, not trend-led. The ambition is to freshen perspectives and outfit formulas, not strictly to shop and acquire more. I’ll curate an edit with up to 10 outfit formulas and shoppable links to refresh your style of the season.
The Seasonal Edit
Your wardrobe digitised. I digitally catalogue your wardrobe into the Indyx app so you can easily track what you own, what you wear, and build your own edits for travelling. Digital wardrobes are exceptionally useful if you travel frequently, want to shop with greater intention, or your wardrobe is spread across different places.

The Ongoing Relationship
What should you expect
You will feel listened to, understood, and with my considered eye and strategic nous, I’ll help you decode and transform into the vision you have of yourself.
It's that rare, particular lightness of being fully understood, the kind of conversation that leaves you feeling renewed, like something has been put right. Except this feeling doesn't fade.
Every time you open your wardrobe door, it's there: the joy, the confidence, the exhilaration of getting dressed as someone who has transformed into the vision you secretly held for yourself.
