What Data We Collect And How
We collect personal data in the following ways:
Via the website enquiry form:

— Referring source (how you arrived at our website)
Via our client engagement (if you become a client):
— Contact details, session notes, visual references and other personal information shared in the course of the engagement
— This data is governed by a separate Client Data Consent Form provided at the start of every engagement
— For clients using the Digital Wardrobe service: a catalogue of your wardrobe built at a single point in time. This is uploaded to your own Indyx account, to which we do not retain ongoing access. We also keep a copy of this catalogue in our own records — see “Why We Collect It” below.
Why We Collect It And Our Lawful Basis
We process your personal data on the following lawful bases under UK GDPR:
Legitimate interest:
— Responding to enquiries submitted via the website
— Understanding how our website is used in order to improve it
— Sending relevant information to people who have expressed interest in our services
— Using anonymised, aggregated wardrobe data — including from the Digital Wardrobe service — to inform our brand consultancy work, such as style archetype development and consumer trend analysis
Consent:
— Non-essential cookies and analytics (you may withdraw consent at any time via our cookie settings)
— Marketing communications, if you have opted in
— Cataloguing your wardrobe for the Digital Wardrobe service, and retaining a copy in our own records to deliver and refine your styling services

— Processing data necessary to deliver our services to clients
How We Use Your Data
We use personal data collected via this website to:
— Respond to your enquiry and assess whether our services are right for you
— Understand how visitors use our website and improve the experience
— Send information about our services, where you have indicated interest
— Comply with our legal obligations
We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling.
Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:
— Our client management system (CRM) provider to manage enquiries and client relationships
— Our website platform (Squarespace) which processes data on our behalf as a data processor
— Our accounting software provider for financial record-keeping
— Professional advisors including our accountant and legal advisors, where necessary
All third-party providers are required to handle your data securely and in accordance with UK GDPR.

How Long We Keep Your Data
Enquiry data: we retain data from website enquiries for 12 months. If you become a client, your data is retained for 6 years following the end of your engagement, in accordance with HMRC guidelines.
Analytics data: retained in aggregate and anonymised form. Individual session data is not retained beyond 26 months.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time. See Your Rights below.
